Marcos is married to Renata, with a baby on the way. He holds a degree in Graphic Design and has over 15 years of experience in web development, graphic arts, and video production. Later, he completed a Theology degree focused on Cross-Cultural Missions and pursued studies in Linguistics and Missiology. His ministry experience includes serving in diverse riverside communities in Brazil and working among minority groups. Outside of Brazil, he also worked contributing to Bible translation and on digital media projects.

Rafael Zardo holds a degree in International Trade from Unisinos, one of the most respected universities in southern Brazil. He spent several years working in sales and export documentation for Brazilian products shipped to North America, Europe, and Oceania. Currently, he leads corporate innovation sales for major companies. A passionate advocate for innovation, entrepreneurship, and impact, Rafael is also deeply committed to global missions, especially in regions unreached by the gospel.

Tomás Araújo is a software engineer with a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and a Bachelor's in Theology. He has worked in Information Technology since 2004, with extensive experience in the financial sector. As a full-stack developer, he has solid expertise in web and mobile applications as well as cloud infrastructure. He holds Microsoft Azure certifications and actively participates in volunteer initiatives focused on technology education.

Felipe Toro is a Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience in web systems and mobile app development. He currently works at an American multinational academic publishing company, collaborating on the development of digital solutions focused on education and access to knowledge. He believes that technology should serve all people without barriers. Also passionate about missions and committed to being part of God's work and calling, uniting his profession with his faith and life purpose.
